Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract – e.g. by email or by post to:

You can use the sample cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Returns & Complaints

Not 100% satisfied with your last Lévaia Cosmetics purchase? No problem! You can easily return your Lévaia Cosmetics items – conveniently up to 14 days after receiving your order.

If your Lévaia Cosmetics product is already damaged upon receipt, you can of course return it after submitting appropriate pictures and evidence (via email to support@levaiacosmetics.de) and receive a full refund.

Here's how the return process works:

1. Write us an email to support@levaiacosmetics.de and describe the case to us.
2. Send us photos of the product in the condition you are returning it in.
3. If the conditions are met, we will send you a return label via email.
4. Print out the return label and stick it on your package.
5. In this case, the return shipping costs are borne by Lévaia Cosmetics.

Note: In other cases, the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days. Please note that we will only refund the amount via the payment method you used for the purchase. Please keep your postal receipt until the refund is complete. You will only be refunded the cost of the item(s), not the return shipping costs.
